 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?

Orders are usually shipped out the same day if the order is received by 2:00 p.m. EST. However, this is not guaranteed, we do our best to get you the product as soon as possible. At this time we offer Ground shipping which can take between 3-7 business days depending on where in the U.S. you are located. Most orders will be shipped from our Gilford, NH location.  If you require expedited shipping please give our store a call.

Return and Exchanges

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

At Sports & Marine Parafunalia, we want you to be 100% satisfied. You can return an UNUSED item within 14 days from the day you receive the order. A refund, less shipping will be applied to the original form of payment within 2-4 weeks, or an exchange will be sent promptly if requested. For your protection please insure your package for its full value. Unfortunately we cannot accept parcels sent freight collect or COD. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping will not be refunded on refusals. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact Customer Service at 800-943-2089 for further instructions.

 

Any SALE ITEM or SPECIAL ORDERS PURCHASED are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

To return the merchandise:

 Step 1: Call us for an RA#. You must have an RA# before you can return an item. An RA# is a code that will help us track your return. Your RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the box.

(Please include a copy of the order, including the RA#, order #, your name, address, and phone #. Also include a reason for the return and if you are exchanging the item or you want a refund.)

 

Step 3: We review the return and then exchange the item or refund your account. If we have any questions we will contact you. We will contact you after the return has been processed.

 

RA# (return authorization number) must be written on the outside of the box. Any boxes without an RA# clearly readable on the outside of the box will be sent back. Any used items cannot be returned. All items must be unused and unworn. Clothing cannot have been worn or washed. Shoes / Sandals must appear to be new, cannot have been worn. Videos must be unopened.

 

All returned or exchanged items will be refunded the amount of the item less any shipping charges.

This will include those items which were shipped with free shipping.

This will also include those items that Sports & Marine Parafunalia was charged more for any shipping than Sports & Marine Parafunalia charged you.

You are also responsible for shipping the item to us and will not be refunded any shipping charges you may incurred when returning the item, unless we shipped you the wrong or defective merchandise.
